Ms Pingping Huang – a native Chinese, has graduated from the Zackline Business School of Baruch College in New York City with specialization in Finance and Investment. After graduation, she has worked as Financial Analyst in Prudential Financial, and later in Wochovia Financial.
Pingping has been the executive director of her own import and export business since 2003. She is the chief General Secretary and Program Director Of a New York based NGO – The International Hua-Yan Buddhist Federation. Almost 3 decades ago, Pingping became an ardent Buddhist follower in the year 1991.
She then studied different Chinese Mahayana traditons from different masters from China and also from outside of China. Currently, She teaches Buddhism in New York City and China as well Since 2012, Pingping has initiated many programs to help Buddhist monastic education and construction in Asian countries.
She also has been organizing Buddhist pilgrmages to India, Nepal and Bhutan. Many people have become Buddhists after participating in such pilgrimages.
Her mission is: “One World, One Heart”.
