Only French Guiana can transform the life of a “shy” and introverted girl from the Meuse Department in France between Paris and Germany to an outgoing and sexy girl with muscular body. Neither her Master of Science degree, her six-foot stature in a muscular mass of 165 pounds, nor the 32 blown candles by this bodybuilding athlete could resist the green ebony paradise of the Amazonian Guiana. Originally visiting as a tourist, she has remained, leaving behind her parents and belongings in the agricultural plains of France. In the Amazonia, she has decided to write a new extraordinary fairy tale.

Her story is a mix of work and sport. Let’s explore Anne Sophie’s extraordinary journey.

From Firefighter Officer to CEO

Anne Sophie’s morphology predestined the young woman to a command post. The elite corps of firefighters welcomed her into a career as an officer with open arms. Her civic training as a volunteer firefighter had set her upon this royal path. However, she wanted something different. Settling in French Guiana 11 years ago opened the door for a new career adventure. Having a university concentration in Management, it was not difficult for Anne Sophie to be recruited by a local company that excels in the industry of construction and superstructures.

“I have a very good rapport with people in general even though I am naturally reserved. I like communicating and exchanging ideas with my clients. I like going to construction sites to watch ongoing projects and being able to meet professionals’ and individuals’ expectations.”

At the office where Anne Sophie manages her team, and similarly on construction sites, her stature can be intimidating, despite her shy nature. Underneath it all, she has a strong character that motivates her to go to the gym twice a day.

From Racing to Fitness

While a student, Anne Sophie combined running and bodybuilding to stay in shape. Today, this discipline has taken over, but her philosophy remains intact: I like to see it constantly improving with the effort I put in.She has an exceptional figure, disrupting established standards. Nonetheless, she is still unsatisfied despite results: I know my body does not please everyone. Bodybuilding is a sport that has not yet become a basic part of society. But I don’t dwell on others’ prejudices and judgments because it is really my passion, and I decided to follow my dreams and beliefs even if I don’t fit into the stereotypical mold that society imposes us.

A Therapy and Lifestyle

As with all practicing athletes, it is the pursuit of self-satisfaction tinted with a touch of narcissism, perfectionism, and desire for unfulfilled well being that puts mind and body into action. Today I feel very good in my body, and although I still see what I need to improve and work on, I am patient because no work is done overnight. So I keep pushing, and over the years I make progress.” Coach Ken Smith supervises diet and nutrition. Everything is specifically designed for the young entrepreneur to achieve success. If you asked Anne Sophie for an extraordinary recipe leading to corporeal revolution, she would respond very simply that it could found with the fork and plate:

“The only secret… a healthy and balanced diet. No matter what else you do, no change to your body’s physique is possible if you don’t have eating discipline. I mostly eat fruits, raw vegetables, salad, and white meat, with some carbohydrates before training and after if it was a really big session. Of course, dietary supplements are also necessary to provide muscle with everything it needs to regenerate and grow.”
